In Week 3 of the Dartington Summer School,  The Beethoven Sonata Project will draw together amateurs and young professionals in an attempt to perform the complete piano sonatas in 24 hours, led by acclaimed pianists Martin Roscoe, Ivana Gavrić, Tom Poster and Florian Mitrea.

Throughout the whole Summer School, each participant builds a timetable personalised to them, with three slots each day for your choice from more than 20 week-long courses every week. Courses run at the same time each day from Sunday to Friday each week and you commit to a course for the full week.

This is followed by Open Space: a new daily session to help you make the most of your time at Dartington. You can take part in a different workshop or taster event every day, or you can choose to rest, practise or explore the grounds – whatever supports your personal journey.

All musical abilities are catered for, from absolute beginners to advanced postgraduate students.
